Our firm was founded by Laurie L Stueber, SPHR, out of a drive to develop a solution that made sense to business owners from a strategic business operation and management standpoint.
Having owned several businesses over the years, Stueber knew that business owners required a cost effective, ongoing solution to their human resources administrative tasks and challenges. Starting out as an independent Human Resource Consultant, it became very clear in the early 90’s that businesses were using HR Consultants to solve a particular time-sensitive problem or complete a project. But, using HR Consultants on an ongoing regular basis was cost prohibitive creating situations where business owners were reacting to issues encountered instead of proactively managing processes and risks. Having a unique background of truly understanding both sides of the equation, business ownership and human resources, Stueber began providing human resources outsourced services, including payroll, benefit administration, risk management and compliance support in 1998 building a successful business with clients across the U.S.
